Some years ago, I was honored to give a TEDx talk on improving health. In refining my topic, I realized that the major difference in physical activity levels between children and adults is that adults don't engage in unstructured physical play nearly as often as children do. This lack of physical activity leads to chronic health issues in adults that are completely preventable with the physical activity inherent in play.
